The RoadShow Operator Classroom is a member-focused training program that delivers practical, simulator-based training directly to job sites across British Columbia.
Crews can build real-world skills in a safe, controlled environment without taking equipment out of service or leaving their worksite. From snowplow operations to heavy equipment training, the program is designed to support onboarding, upskilling, and safer day-to-day operations.
